Energy Efficiency and Renewal of Residential Buildings Stock

Abstract

The most part of national building stock of Serbia are residential buildings and more than 90% of them are single family houses. As construction and installation systems of these buildings are rather simple, compared to other types of buildings, it can be concluded that, through the process of rehabilitation and renewal of residential buildings, large savings in energy can be achieved.
