Flexible Spatial Configuration in Traditional Houses, The Case of Sabzevar

Abstract
The “Ideal House” is a building that covers all the human needs. But the biggest problem is: the house users, their needs and the environment rapidly change during the time. Due to the building technology of traditional Iranian architecture, especially the use of thick and load bearing walls, rearranging the position of walls to make changes is impossible.
