Abstract

ArchitectureEducationisthoughttobecrucialinthecreationandshapingofbetterspacesthrough the discipline. However, due to rapid Technological changes, Architecture Education has found it difficulttokeepupwiththeProfession.Asaconsequence,thereisasignificantdifferencebetween theory and reality. The rapid speed of Technological change necessitates well-managed and realistic aspects of the Curriculum structure. This paper looks at the current state of Architecture EducationinIndiaandtheTechnologicalchangesthatareneededtoreducethegapbetweentheory andpractice.
