Designing and Living in a Residential Condominium

Abstract

In recent years, a variety of housing types has increased in Turkey. Since the 1990s, gated communities and residential condominiums have been the new typologies for high-income user groups. Today, in Istanbul, there are several residential towers (gated and five-star hotel-serviced buildings) that were designed by various architectural firms in different locations of the city.
