DESIGN AND DEVELOPMENT OF PLANT DISEASE DETECTION ROBOT

Abstract

The leaf disease detection is important topic in research because it has advantages in monitoring of crop in field. For the detection and prevention of leaf disease through Image processing technique by K-means clustering algorithm using Raspberry pi. The design and development of this robot is totally automatic and helps in reducing the cost of pesticide. This will enhance the productivity of crops. Initially robot will find out the various diseases on the leaf using image processing technique and it will send the particular disease name, pesticide name. Finally, it will notify to the user so that early action can be taken.
